Job description
Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations in New York and lead the team when the GM is unavailable. You will handle daily sales reviews, cost analyses, human relations, and customer relations, ensuring smooth daily routines and outstanding service.
You will also train staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations while helping grow community relationships and meet financial goals.
