Bojangles’ Assistant General Manager position at our Walnut Cove, NC location is seeking an energetic leader to drive daily restaurant operations and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead a high-performing team and uphold Bojangles’ standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing schedules, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, and stepping in during GM absence.
