Assistant General Manager
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, maintaining high standards, and helping drive restaurant performance.

Assistant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of restaurant management experience; high school diploma or equivalent required
Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and develop front-of-house teams
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, staffing, and scheduling
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Assistant General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
Background in an upscale, high-volume, or service-focused restaurant environment
Experience with beverage operations, inventory, ordering, and cost control
Understanding of restaurant financials, profitability, budgeting, and expense management
Hands‑on leadership style with a passion for developing teams and maintaining high service standards
Professional, personable, and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
