Job description
Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist the GM in leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding brand standards. You will be involved in hiring, training, and daily operations, ensuring food safety and compliance, and driving marketing initiatives in the store.
The role requires a minimum of two years as a shift lead in a restaurant or retail setting, strong communication skills, and basic familiarity with POS and Microsoft Office.
