Job description
Hurtado Barbecue is seeking a proven leader to drive daily restaurant operations on a dynamic, high-volume team. You will supervise FOH and BOH, coach staff, greet guests, and ensure exceptional service while managing costs and safety.
A hands-on, collaborative approach is essential to uphold our hospitality standards. Ideal candidates bring at least two years in restaurant management, strong communication, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
