Job description
CAVA oversees a fast-paced restaurant environment in Livonia, MI, seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive store performance and guest satisfaction. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to manage schedules, forecast labor, and control inventory while maintaining high standards of service and food quality.
You will lead and coach Team Members, monitor financial results, and ensure food safety and policy compliance.
