Job description
Kolter Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Hyatt Place Coconut Point in Estero, FL to deliver service excellence and oversee day-to-day operations. The role covers guest service, maintenance, asset protection, sales, F&B, accounting, and human resources to ensure efficient, profitable operations.
This full-time position requires leadership, budgeting awareness, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Compensation includes a $65,000 base with commission and benefits.
