Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Maintain a strong presence on the floor and ensure consistent service standards
Manage and count inventory
Assist with staff development
Ensure compliance with all heal, safety, and company policies
Oversee BOH team to ensure proper prep levels are maintained
Support the BOH team during rushes
What We're Looking For:
1+ years BOH experience
1+ years FOH experience
Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
Passion for guest service and team development
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
