Job description
CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional restaurant operations and guest experiences. You will lead with integrity, manage schedules, forecast labor, and help optimize profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
