Job description
Flynn Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM in daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth front desk, housekeeping, and F&B service. This role combines leadership with hands-on accountability in a busy hotel environment.
You'll oversee staffing, training, performance coaching, financial reporting, cost controls, and guest feedback programs, stepping in for the GM as needed.
