Job description
Bojangles is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Rustburg, VA to help lead one of our restaurants. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold standards, and support a positive team culture.
You will be expected to lead by example, take initiative, and play a key role in daily operations, including scheduling, guest service, and cost controls. A strong leader with 1–3 years of restaurant leadership is ideal.
