CAVA Bellaire is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, partner with the General Manager on actions and forecasts, and develop hourly Team Members. This role requires supervising staff, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
The AGM will help drive profitability, manage inventory and labor, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
