Job description
Rocket Farm Restaurants in Charlotte's South End is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations alongside the General Manager. You will manage seating, oversee menu changes to maximize revenue, and ensure guests enjoy consistently excellent service.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of progressive restaurant experience, two in management, with a hands-on, people-first leadership style.
