Job description
MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries – Kansas City Store‑Midtown is hiring an energetic Assistant General Manager to support store operations, budgets, and team leadership. The role offers hourly full‑time employment at $22.50 per hour with a monthly bonus potential up to $500 and comprehensive benefits.
You’ll supervise staff, enhance customer service, manage schedules and inventory, ensure safety and policy compliance, and help drive donor and shopper retention while modeling the company values.
