Job description
Salt & Straw is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Portland, OR to lead shifts, partner with the GM, and coach a 10+ person team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes strong leadership, scheduling, safety, and team development in a busy retail environment.
You will support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention while overseeing cash, inventory, and food safety. Daily tasks include payroll support and contributing to monthly P&L insights.
