We're seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead a thriving upscale casual restaurant known for outstanding food, genuine hospitality, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
Partner with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead, coach, and develop FOH and BOH teams
Drive exceptional guest experiences and hospitality standards
Assist with labor management, scheduling, staffing, onboarding, and training
Maintain strong food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
Help drive profitability and overall restaurant performance
Build a positive culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
Build lasting guest relationships and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Senior Manager
Upscale or polished casual restaurant experience
Proven success in high-volume restaurant operations
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
Experience managing labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
ServSafe Certification
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
