Located in the heart of Scottsdale & Paradise Valley, AZ, we specialize in immersive escape room adventures that challenge the mind and spark the imagination.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the General Manager with day-to-day operations and team management.
Leading and motivating staff to provide outstanding customer service.
Overseeing game operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Managing schedules, inventory, and other administrative tasks.
Troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing solutions.
Upholding Escapology Scottsdale’s standards of excellence and safety.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings energy, organization, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
