Job description
Bloomingdale's in Short Hills seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager on all facets of store operations. The AGM develops selling leadership, drives day-to-day store performance, and leads a subset of leadership while engaging central partners to execute long-term plans.
This role requires a strong leader with a strategic retail mindset and a track record of delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
