How do Assistant General Managers play a key role in our restaurant?
Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonalds standards
Achieving targets during their shifts and help departments meet their goals
Training new team members on critical job functions
Achieving Department operation and profit targets
Communicating effectively with crew and other managers to achieve the best possible customer service
All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. Previous restaurant experience may assist in accelerating your growth within our company.
