Job description
Jersey Mike's Subs in Manteca, CA is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment. You will support the General Manager, supervise staff, manage inventory and labor costs, and uphold food quality and safety standards.
Full-time role with pay $21.00–$25.00 per hour. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
