Christopher Newport University is seeking an Assistant Head Coach for the women’s lacrosse program. The role partners with the Head Coach to lead development on and off the field, focusing on student-athlete growth, competitive strategy, and program advancement.
The position requires NCAA compliance, athletic-staff collaboration, and active involvement in recruiting, training, and supporting student-athletes academically and athletically.
