Job description
ARK in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an experienced assistant general manager to work with our general manager in planning and overseeing daily hotel operations. The role includes stepping in for the GM when needed and leading a team to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hospitality management and a bachelor's degree in hospitality management is strongly preferred. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and budget adherence is essential.
