Job description
Hyatt Spruce Peak is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Director to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This role partners with the HR Director to execute strategic initiatives and build a culture of care across the Vermont resort team.
You will oversee housing, performance management, and international recruitment, while driving training and engagement programs.
