Job TitleOrder Management & PO Creation - Own Purchase Order creation and management for Purple Label and Polo Made to Measure orders from initiation through completionCross-Functional Partnership - Collaborate closely with design teams to produce and launch compelling store assets that strengthen sales performance and brand presentationFabric Analysis & Optimization - Analyze fabric swatch performance data to identify white space opportunities, recommend assortment edits, and support seasonal planning initiativesSourcing Coordination - Partner with Italy Sourcing office to maintain critical order deadlines, track production status, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing processData Management Excellence - Maintain accuracy and integrity of product data across multiple systems including Airtable, SAP, GFE, and PLM platformsDevelopment Cycle Support - Support seasonal development timelines by coordinating and executing new book launches, partnering with fabric to identify white space opportunities and managing technical specification updates on order formsPurchase Order Administration - Input, update, and finalize all aspects of Purchase Orders ensuring accuracy in pricing, delivery dates, and technical specifications
