We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our Creve Coeur location on Olive Boulevard. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the management of daily operations while demonstrating leadership, efficiency, and a commitment to supporting your team. The successful candidate will balance administrative responsibilities with team supervision, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, feedback, and performance coaching to ensure high standards of work

Assist in scheduling staff, managing time off requests, and ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts

Implement company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with organizational standards

Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity

Support customer or client interactions, addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships

Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate relevant information to senior management

Coordinate training and onboarding activities for new team members

Manage inventory, supplies, or assets as required for the position

Handle administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and filing

Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing workplace issues in a professional and fair manner

Proven experience in a supervisory, management, or assistant manager role

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate team members

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions

Proficiency with management software, scheduling systems, or relevant business applications

Customer service experience and a commitment to maintaining positive relationships

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels

Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment

Experience with budget management or financial oversight (preferred)

Background in staff training and development (preferred)

Conflict resolution and mediation skills (preferred)
