Assistant Manager
Domino's in Caseyville, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively
Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
Handle customer interactions and resolve issues with a friendly, professional demeanor
Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
Assist in training and developing new team members
Coordinate inventory management and supply ordering
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Contribute to improving store efficiency and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for growth
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Excellent math and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated proficiency in employee management and team leadership
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in money management and basic financial operations
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Food safety certification (preferred)
