Assistant Manager
Dominos Pizza on Boston RD in Springfield MA is now hiring Assistant Managers. Must be able to work Nights and Weekends and have free availability. Pay Transparency (In accordance with the Massachusetts Salary Range Transparency Law, effective October 29, 2025)
Pay Ranges (Massachusetts)
Delivery Drivers $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Includes Tips + Gas Reimbursement)
Insiders $15.50 – $17.00 per hour
Assistant Managers $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Plus, the opportunity to receive Operational Excellence Incentives, PTO and Career Advance Opportunities)
General Managers $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (Plus Operational Excellence Incentives & Paid Time Off and Career Advance Opportunities)
