Job description
Assistant Manager
Supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining operational standards. Supervise team members during shifts, assist with hiring and training employees, ensure compliance with food safety standards, manage labor, inventory, and customer concerns.
Leadership or restaurant experience preferred, strong communication and organizational skills, flexible schedule availability, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
