Hiring for assistant managers with experience preferred
Must be dependable and have a customer service oriented personality
Requires the ability to learn and grow professionally within our system
This is a team oriented position built upon strong operational and interpersonal skills
Learning to lead a team in operational excellence is critical to advancement
Management expected to become highly efficient at all positions within the store
Fun fast paced and challenging but rewarding environment
Requires ability to work weekends and night time schedules
Advancement within the company is unlimited including ownership of your own franchise
