Merchandising - Own product presentation by optimizing layouts, identifying gaps, and ensuring merchandising aligns with customer demand. Shift Management - Own shift performance by anticipating needs, solving problems, and helping coordinate cross-shift efforts to meet customer demand. Business Operations -Own operational standards by monitoring task execution, resolving issues, and ensuring reporting and inventory processes are followed. Schedule / Work / Travel Work Pattern: Shift work; may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (essential personnel during weather/events). Physical / Environment: Requires standing for extended periods and routine walking. Requires lifting up to 30-60 lbs May work in cold/freezer areas or outdoors at times.
