Assistant Manager - Immediate Opportunity

Requirements
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Well versed in food safety and restaurant guidelines
Cheerful and positive attitude
Teamwork oriented
Ability to foster a positive work environment
Previous restaurant/food service management experience required
Duties/Responsibilities Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and standards
Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner
Coach Team Members and maintain quality parameters
Physical Requirements Must work quickly and efficiently
Must work on feet for several hours at a time
Must lift up to 50 pounds
