We are currently hiring for a Full Time Assistant Manager who is responsible, dependable, and who loves helping people with their weddings. In addition to competitive pay, Assistant Managers can earn sales commission!

Responsibilities:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered
Working with co-workers to provide excellent customer service experience
Assisting wedding couples with choosing formalwear for their wedding
Taking orders and measuring rental customers
Striving to make personal goals as well as work with co-workers to make store goals
Requirements:
During a 60 day training period this person will be expected to work across our St. Louis stores to learn the business
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
MUST HAVE open availability. Saturday and Sunday availability is REQUIRED
Demonstrate a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance
Good communication skills
Prior customer service experience preferred
Hourly plus possibility for commission. Eligible for benefits after 90 days
