About the Role:

Responsibilities: Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of performance.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to meet business demands.
Assist in financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
Help develop marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Support the manager in achieving sales targets and business goals.
Requirements: Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of automotive services and products is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
