Job description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising restaurant employees and Shift Leaders
Adjust daily schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency/productivity
Assist in completing interviews with potential employees
Train and evaluate employees for potential growth
Track employee goals and productivity
Track monthly/period results and trends of the Restaurant
Resolve escalated customer concerns/issues
Assist in Controlling Costs - Labor, Food, Cash, Supplies, Paper and Repair/Maintenance
Assist in creating ways to increase transactions and sales
Assist in completing daily and weekly paperwork
8-12 Week Training Plan for certification
Qualifications: Management experience required. 1 Year minimum.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Positive Attitude/Friendly
Be able to multi task
Flexible schedule is required. Asst. Managers are required to be able to work opening shifts, mid shifts and closing shifts.
Full Time - 40+ hours per week - Scheduled 9 hours per day x 5 days a week.
