Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team in Canton, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
Supervise and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and accurate record-keeping
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Operate and maintain equipment as required
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards
Assist in training and developing new team members
Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency
Prepare and analyze reports on various aspects of the business
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in operating relevant equipment and computer systems
Solid mathematical skills for inventory management and financial tasks
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Experience in conflict resolution and handling customer complaints
Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred
