Culver's is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager!

Job Summary:
Leads management team by providing guidance, direction, and opportunity to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy. Responsible for the operational and financial success of restaurant.

Qualifications: Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team
Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
Organizational effectiveness on multi-store level
Develops team members
Must have strong communication and organizational skills
Must possess a positive and up-lifting outlook
Strong work ethic with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience: 3 - 5 years of restaurant experience is preferred
Scheduling, food ordering, and onboarding
License / Certification: Food Safety License preferred
Physical Requirements: Stands for long periods of time without sitting; Walks fast paced during shifts; bends, reaches, and stoops
Lift / carry 10lbs or less Constantly; Lift / carry 11-20lbs Frequently; Lift / carry 21-50lbs Occasionally; Lift / carry 51-100lbs Rarely
