Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager's primary role is to help the Operator lead and manage a single restaurant operation, supporting a culture that celebrates strong teamwork and individual growth. Assistant Managers enthusiastically approach each shift as an opportunity to improve upon the previous day's success, where the satisfaction of a hard day's work is part of the happiness.
