Job Description
Starting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience
Domino's Pizza in St Michael, United States is seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of our restaurant.
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs
Schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal staffing levels
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Assist in training and developing new team members
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall performance
Support marketing initiatives and local promotional activities
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in food service management or related field
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Understanding of Domino's Pizza operations and fast-food industry trends
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve restaurant performance
