Job description
Hibbett is looking for an Assistant Manager at our Weatherford location to support the Store Manager in daily operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will oversee staff, stock, scheduling, and financial controls to ensure store profitability and brand standards are upheld.
You should have 1–3 years in retail, a strong team attitude, and excellent communication skills to lead in a fast‑paced environment. This role is on‑site and focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
