What You'll Do:
Maintain a customer service focus, passion for results, and a desire to lead a great team.
Support a respectful team environment
Set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
Support the training of crew members
Resolve guest issues
Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed

Has previous managerial experience strongly preferred
Has previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required

Has excellent leadership skills
