Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver outstanding guest service
Manage daily operations including cash handling, inventory, and quality control
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Complete all training requirements and promote Zaxby's brand enthusiastically
Handle scheduling, hiring, and labor management to optimize store performance
Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Restaurant experience preferred but not required
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
