Assistant Store Manager
This is a full-time, exempt position managing production operations and supervising store associates. You'll play a key role in achieving sales plans, hiring and training employees, and managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include supervising departments, evaluating performance, ensuring accountability in daily operations, and implementing customer service programs.

Qualifications:
Two years supervisory experience managing a minimum of 5 people or equivalent retail thrift store experience required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with a diverse workforce including individuals with developmental disabilities, and be PC literate with Windows-based platforms. Physical demands include standing, moving throughout the store, and frequently lifting up to 20 pounds.
