Job description
The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager at our Orlando, FL store. The role focuses on leading sales, merchandising and daily operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team.
The position advances from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher-level duties as needed. You will train Teammates, recruit staff, manage customer service, and ensure execution of Buckle standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
