Your Role as Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you will lead through service—setting the tone for each shift and developing others while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Serve as a role model by living out our purpose and values
Coach, develop, and support team members and new hires
Create a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability
Respond to guest needs with urgency, care, and professionalism
Manage opening/closing duties and key-holder responsibilities
Oversee cash handling, accuracy, and daily financial processes
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests
