Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Giovanni's. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations
Supervise and train staff members
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
