Assistant Manager - LaRosa's Pizzeria

What You'll Do
Step into the GM's shoes when they're out - real responsibility, real impact.
Lead and support a team of 5-40 Team Members per shift.
Keep service fast, friendly, and guest-focused.
Build schedules that keep the restaurant running like clockwork.
Make sure every pizza that goes out meets LaRosa's quality standards.
Help hire, onboard, and train the next great Team Members.
Handle opening/closing procedures and day-to-day cash and inventory management.
Coach your team with feedback that actually helps them grow.
Jump into any role when the team needs backup - you lead by example.
Keep things organized with clear, consistent documentation.
Be the go-to person for guest questions, concerns, or issues - and solve them the LaRosa's way.
What You Bring 1+ year of restaurant experience.
High school diploma or GED (college coursework in management, accounting, or finance is a plus).
Strong communication skills - with guests, teammates, and management alike.
A knack for solving problems on the fly.
Comfort with basic math and handling payments.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and stay flexible.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and stay active on your feet (bending, reaching, kneeling - this job keeps you moving).
Must be 18+ and eligible to become ServSafe certified.

Kitchens are hot, busy, and occasionally loud - that's the nature of great pizza. Non-slip shoes are required for everyone's safety. Some driving may be required for opening/closing duties.
