Assistant Manager/Lead Stylist
Saturday,Sunday, Tuesday Availability Required

As a Lead Stylist / Shift Lead, you'll continue doing what you love most - styling hair and creating beautiful blowouts - while taking on additional leadership responsibilities to help keep the shop running smoothly and support your fellow stylists.
Assistant Manager/ Lead Stylist
$15.00/hour base pay + gratuity and applicable commissions

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
A current and valid cosmetology or hairstyling license required to work as a stylist
Strong blowout, hair styling, and finishing skills
A passion for providing exceptional guest service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership qualities and a positive, team-first attitude
Dependability and the ability to take initiative
The ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
A desire to mentor, encourage, and support fellow stylists
Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays

Responsibilities
Assistant Manager/ Lead Stylist
In addition to providing exceptional blowouts and styling services, the Lead Stylist / Shift Lead will: Lead by example on the salon floor while maintaining a high standard of guest service
Support and motivate stylists throughout each shift
Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming salon environment
Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
Help ensure the team stays on schedule and the guest experience runs smoothly
Support front desk and salon operations when needed
Help answer stylist questions and provide guidance during shifts
Communicate important updates and concerns to management
Help maintain Drybar service, styling, and operational standards
Step in to help resolve guest or team concerns professionally
Continue building strong relationships with guests and creating an exceptional Drybar experience
