Job description
Firehouse Subs Restaurant Manager
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs® Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities include:
Basic managerial duties
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Adherence to Firehouse Subs® Policies and Procedures
Ensuring profitability of business
Providing leadership to the restaurant team
Assisting the GM in coordinating operations game plans
Interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees
Ensuring accuracy and completion of required programs, reports, and legal documents
Implementing and promoting Public Safety Foundation initiatives
Representing Firehouse Subs® professionally
Communicating effectively to the GM/Owner
Ability to work on feet for up to 13 hours
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Any other duties assigned by GM/Owner
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
