DESCRIPTION
THE SECOND-IN-COMMAND OF SUNSHINE
Position: Assistant Manager
The Mission: Ignite the Mojo. Level Up the Team. Own the Results.
Ready to Run the Show?
You've mastered the hustle, you've got the spark, and now you're ready for the big stage. We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is part coach, part strategist, and 100% "Tropitude."
At Tropical Smoothie Café, we've ditched the fryers, the grease, and the "blah" corporate attitude. We're building a culture that's as vibrant and refreshing as our smoothies. If you're a high-octane leader who believes work should feel less like a chore and more like a beach breakthrough, we want your energy.
YOUR LEADERSHIP JOURNEY
As our Assistant Manager, you aren't just "supervising"-you are the architect of the guest experience. You will:
Build the Dream Team: You're a talent scout and a mentor. You don't just assign tasks; you ignite potential in a squad of megastars.
Master the Metrics: You'll pilot the business, keeping a sharp eye on labor and food costs to ensure our "smoothie machine" is lean, mean, and profitable.
Elevate the Vibe: You are the guardian of Unparalleled Hospitality. You make sure every guest feels like a VIP and every smoothie is a masterpiece.
Lead the Charge: When the lunch rush hits, you're the calm in the center of the storm-leading with speed, precision, and a killer smile.
WHY LEAD AT TROPICAL SMOOTHIE? The "No-Fryer" Perk: No grease traps. No oil smells. Just fresh fruit, clean vibes, and a workspace that actually smells good.
Fast-Track Growth: This isn't just a job; it's an Operations Masterclass. We give you the keys to the business and the path to your next big promotion.
A Culture of "Better": We believe when you eat better, you feel better. You'll lead a team that lives for health, energy, and high-fives.
Total Support: You aren't on a deserted island! You'll have a powerhouse management team backing your every move.
ARE YOU OUR NEXT ROCKSTAR?
We want to talk to you if: You're a natural motivator who can turn a busy shift into a win.
You have management experience (or you're a Elite Shift Leader ready to level up).
You crave a fast-paced, high-energy environment where the clock flies.
You're a solution-seeker who sees a hurdle and says, "Watch this."
