Job description
Assistant ManagerThe Assistant Manager assists in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through coordination of daily operations including clinical workflows, clinical staff training, and satisfaction of quality measures; maintains departmental supply needs and OSHA compliance. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Manager in the business and clinical operations of the department.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent, requiredAND one of the following is required: At least two (2) years of prior medical supervisory experience in a clinic setting, or,Strongly prefer: Graduation certificate from an accredited school of nursing If a nurse, current MS state licensure is requiredBachelor's degree in a health-related field, preferredWorking knowledge of clinical workflows in an outpatient setting to provide superior patient care and assistance to physicians/providers, preferredQualificationsStrong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable, punctual, and highly detail-orientedStrong multitasking and independent-work capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyWork Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
